HOW AND WHEN TO TAKE IT

  • Regularly take two capsules a day, preferably with food and 150 ml of water for easier ingestion.
  • Do not take in combination with immunosuppressants or if you have an autoimmune disease.
  • It should not be taken by pregnant or breast-feeding women, or by children.
  • Store the product in a dark, dry atmosphere, at a temperature between 5 and 25°C.
  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
